I have ordered a women watch from yepme.com on 7th september . i have ordered pink watch and when i recieved it,the product was different..so i called to their customer care ..they told me that if i want to replace the watch then i have to courier it to them and i have to pay the courier charges..i told them why i should pay the charges for your mistake then he said that it is our rule that if customer want to return/replace the product then he/she have pay courier charges on their own..it is fraud the price of watch is 300 rs. and the courier charges are about 175 rs..and this i have to pay because of their mistake..why should i pay..so it is my request to please take some serious action against it…
i want my money back and also want money for this inconvenience….so that they will never do it with any other customers again…
