I placed an order on 16/02/2014 for a pair of sports shoes through your portal & it was delivered at my address on 19/02/2014. But to my surprise when I opened the packet I found the two shoes completely different from each other. moreover one of them is defected as there is stitching on it. Further I send them back through speed post no EU427937304IN as per their directions. But now they are not refunding my money

my purchase charges + call charges + postage charges + mental harassment= 444+50+45+5000= Rs 5539
