My order no. is 6017051. The order contained 5 items in total. However I returned two items to Yepme due to size issues as per Yepme’s return policy. The Yepme complain id is 627342. I couriered the items on 01.04.2014 through BlueDart. The item was received by Yepme on 03.04.2014 as per BluDart’s website. The courier tracking id is 60172129695. But till now Yepme has not refunded the amount into my bank account. The total amount to be refunded is Rs 574 (including the shipping cost of Rs.150 as per Yepme’s return policy). Whenever I try contacting the customer care, they send an automated mail saying “We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are trying our best” which irritates a lot. It seems as if they do not even read the mail sent by the customer. I have tried contacting them around 10 times till now, but in vain. There is absolutely no response from their side. Now I want yepme to return the full amount into my bank account, including the shipping charges. I do not want any coupon in place of shipping charges to compel me to buy from this website again. I want the total amount to be transferred into my bank account.
