Placed an order with Yep Me on 20 Nov under order id 10947902. On 21 Nov. I received a message stating it was split to two orders 10953211 and 10953212. 10953211 was received on 28 Nov. On 29 Nov. received a mail that 10953212 cannot be delivered as stock was over and payment will be credited back in 7 days. After 15 days when asking them, I was told that refund was processed but I never received the same. Also checked with the bank.
I just want my money for the order which was not fulfilled to be refunded with immediate effect.
