I applied for a broadband connection and paid for the same in advance the sum of Rs.5325. Its been a month but non of there executives pick up the call or revert back ever . I went to there office nd i got to knw dat my connection has been rejected for spme reason which i was not informed of as they never contacted me to inform me or anything after they got there payment . They told me i will recieve a call from there manager nd he will tell me about my refund nd i never did recieved any call from them nor my refund.

I am a student. My pocket money got over . Had no money for food. Took internet connection to study for exams
