Details of my e-mail to the online shopping company as follows:- To service@100bestbuy.com; care@100bestbuy.com,info@100bestbuy.com 22 Feb Attn: Customer Care 100 Best Buy, Bangalore I have placed the order no. 13677480 on 29th Jan to buy Samsang Galaxy phone and deposited INR 9599 in your account by two different payments (INR 9000 and INR 599). After a few days from placing the order, I got a Sony Ericson mobile phone (as per the promotional scheme floated by your company). I spoke to your Executive over the phone on same day and was informed by the executive that the amount of INR 9598 got credited in my favor and I can buy the phone now wherever I like to do so. Following this conversion with your executive over the phone,I logged in my account and tried to purchase the desired phone set online by using the credit of INR 9598 (which still gets reflected in my favor in your system), however to my dismay I could not go further as I was asked to adjust the credit and pay more money online. I immediately called up your call centre and asked the reason for declining the transaction in order to get my desired phone, however i was shocked to hear that I can not use the credit for any single purchase at one point of time and my credit points will be adjusted against multiple transactions from your company. I would ask you as why should I pay more money to buy the required product which I have chosen ? And why my money is being converted into credit points and not being allowed for one time purchase ??? This is absolutely un-acceptable that I should being forced to shell out more money for un-necessary transctions which I don’t require at all. I can’t wait endlessly like this and the bottomline is that i need the product against my credit points for which I have paid my hard earned money to your company. I am not asking for any charity or favor from your company and needs urgent attention and solution of my problem. I hope you will consider this request immediately and will not spoil the relationship with your newly acquired customer like me who can become a productive and good potential customer for you by recommending your company to friends, relatives and colleagues.
