Vodafone – Wrong information and misbehaviour by staff

I made a recharge of 3G internet of value Rs65 on vodafone number, on 9.05PM on 14 March 2014 and after receiving confirmation message, I started using the service but my balance of 80 was deducted for using Internet services. When I made a complain with customer care, the representative name is Vimal Tiwari and Rajesh, he said that you have to wait for half an hour after rehcharge, but this information was not communicated from there side. The representatives did not tried helping me but rather misbehaved and disconnected my phone.

Immediate refund of My balance, and action against the representative.
