i ordered pack of 3 kouton chinos fro 100bestbuy.com but they delivered straight fit trousers on 28 of Feb 2014, i called them several times to return their product but they did not answer. finally i sent product back on 12th march it reached to them 0n 18th march, i asked them for refund 22nd march they said within 48 hour it ill be given to you in the form of store credit. but its 16th of may they did not give me anything and now they are not answering my calls and emails.

i want my RS. 1629 back in my bank account not in form of store credit because i don’t want to do business with them again as they are not reliable.
