Hi, I had placed an order for koutons 5 full sleeve shirts, but the order deliver to me is carring half sleeves shirts, more over all of the are tempered, where as the quality for which i was make assured was also missing. I called up 8 to 10 time to your customer care so that i can have the information regarding the refund process, but every time after keep waiting for 5-7 minutes call get disconnected itself. Now i request you to please cancel above mention order no. and refund Amount of Rs.1286/-.
