You Broadband connection AC Number is :1096187 1. i have Applied for new YOU broad connection online on August 5th and paid the amount online. ?2. After much follow up with customer care for activation and connection. installation is done on 11th August 2014. The complaint number is 2014080820030 3. The broad band connection got disconnected from 12th night to still date 4. First complaint is register on 13th August 2014. Complaint number is 2014081319398 5. The second round of follows started from 13th to 17th and no resolution is done. So we opted to cancel the connection. 2014081819282 There is no response from your side so we visited the Head office begumpet and meet with Suchetha for cancellation and refund of our entire amount. 6.After much discussion she sent an email on refund. ?7. Meanwhile the YOU ?Broadband team removed the modem and other stuff installed in our apartment permits. there is no physical connection right now. Today i meet with Suchetha and i am not satisfied with the NON refund of money thing. Please help us in getting refund money we paid for the service.

we are looking for the money we paid for the YOU broadband Rs.3599.00 plus inconvenience caused by them.
