I am writing this complaint on 25th of June 2014. For the past 2 days the internet is not working at my home. Fist I was told that my router has stopped working and today they tell me that the Tension box is not working from there side. The executive says that everything will be solved in 24 business hours. When I called up today I was told that 1 day consists of 7 business hours. I do not know whom to approach with the grievance.
I want my Internet to be restored and want additional two days to be added in the monthly quota of days.
