Dear Sir, I had sent a letter to Rose Leo Martins at Ambernath, Thane Dist through DTDC Consignment No M04568475 on 4th June 2014. The franchisee charged me Rs. 60/- for the same which is very much on the higher side. On checking with the party I realised that the letter has not been delivered. I followed up with the franchisee and till date I have been told that the latter has not been delivered due to incorrect address. Despite my repeated visits to the franchisee and emails I have not yet received the undelivered letter. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
