We have a alliance broadband connection .. user id – indrasish_snc, package cost – 1180 with service tax. Frequently our internet is unreachable due to their lack of maintenance. Earlier days we call up local service provider and they fixed that problem but they take a huge time. From last 2 month local service provider did not attained our phone calls. If they attend we literal begging for our internet. this situation continues. Now from 1st October to 6 October net connection totally off. service provider stop responding over phone. Alliance broadband try to established some technical error and we repeatedly said that server stooped responding. We had a enough idea fro what fault are happens because we r from software professionals. They had a very poor maintenance. In a month literal only ten days we can use our internet.
1) Back our deposited and loss money then cut the connection 2) maintain the internet properly and extend the date of renewal date or cash back
