Vodafone – Bill paid getting repeated harassing mails

Despite telling Vodafone people repeatedly, that i have already paid the full and final amount of 4325.15 on 11th august, i keep on getting repeated harassing mails saying i have not paid the money. Now their executive tells me, that the entire payment has gone to Vodafone CUG account due to the conversion of my number into Ericsson CUG and the payment against my personal number (which is now deactivated) has remained outstanding. I believe this is a Vodafone internal matter from which account they want to settle the money, because as a customer i have paid all my dues well within the time limits. I would also want to seek a written confirmation that my full and final on the deactivated number is now clear, because despite giving you repeated e-mail replies you guys just don’t respond.
