In terms of advertise appearing in the issue dated Oct 2013,if subscription value exceeds,the subscriber was offered “A stroller Bag” and was eligible for lucky draw.Subscription started from Nov 2013.Till date offered gift not sent neither results of lucky draw informed to me. A reminder was sent in the month of Mar 2014, by Regd Post Ack Due,and the same has been received by Outlook Publications.I am holding ack copy.Kindly help help me out to receive promised gift Thanks and regards
