I was using MTS connection from last 5-6 month and facing issue from last one month at my current residence. I complaint many times, they usually take my remote by team viewer and try to do some solution, and says its okay now. You can work on it, but just after 1 hour or next day. There is same situation. They tried to fix issue on 30th april around but on next day nothing was there. I sent many mails to them but no proper response, they want me to diagnose issue. On last thursday they said they will be coming to my home to see the issue but nobody came. When am going to there portal and want to signup my number on mtsindia.in, it says invalid number. Last day I registered a complaint, they reverted that has been fixed, today I tried the same issue persist. When I asked them to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid, customecare executive says, this can not be done but by mail they says go to retail outlet. As I stated to Mr. Azaz patha, I’ll not be able to go any outlet, he said that time I’ll take care of it. But he do not pick my phone. Am really disappointed by this service, I am not able to help my job properly which is basically a internet related job (I am a Software Engineer) and I usually work in night hours from home.
I need my 5000 INR and a prepaid connection, for which I’ll pay.
