I had relocated using Agarwal Packers & Movers(DRS Group) services on 23 March 2014. Not only did I pay a hefty sum of Rs 47714 for relocating goods but also insured them against damages for a total value of Rs 70000. My truck arrived in Gurgaon on April 1 and immediately I realized that the dining table’s base was completely broken lying in two halves in the truck. It was not packed properly and horribly placed in the truck. I have made numerous calls, sent emails to the claims department, customer care and management team of the DRS group since April 1 but no action has been taken yet

1. Repair my dining table completely. If you can’t repair it, then refund me entire cost of the table. 2. Repair my refrigerator base 3. Repair activa’s silencer
