I have purchase online from Tradus.com on 4th April, 2014 Fotga Variable Neutral Density Filter for 58 mm Lens against sub-order ID 12878642_01. I have paid Rs. 1950/- for the same. I have informed to their customer care that the product delivered was not new but second hand product with damaged case for filter and the product was not seal packed as is the case when you buy a new product. They are neither arranging replacement nor refund. I even escalated to their management on 26th April on this issue and there is no response from them also.

Replacement / refund of Rs. 1950/- paid by me along with suitable damages for for selling second hand product and defrauding customers.
