I was using Airtel postpaid No: 9840529047 for Internet purposes. I registered a request to disconnect the service for the reason of losing the dongle along with SIM card on Feb 22nd, 2014. I was asked to pay the pending charges around Rs.540/- for processing the request, which I paid immediately. I was informed the service will be disconnected in a week, but it was not disconnected. They generated bill for the month of March and April 2014. I registered complaints again in March and April to waive off the bill amount and closure of account. Now I am being asked to pay the bills generated for closure of account.
Immediate closure of account for the postpaid no: 9840529047, without any further payments. Also, if I want to close any other connections I have in Airtel, I want it processed on the same day regardless of SLA.
