On 13/01/15 I brought one APC inverter with batteries from UK agencies and electrical showroom in Trivandrum with one year warranty. But last last two month it not working.We called the showroom and informed, inverter not working so we need a technical assistance.They said we must call to the service center. we called the service center, they said should made the complaint first through the customer care toll free number. So we called customer care and register the complaint . Complaint no is 502073642.They promised me that one engineer will contact us in four days and he will assist. I waited for one week ,no one contact me . Again I called customer care they giving me the same answer.Later I send a mail to company email id on 12/11/2015 with full details. I got the reply that says somebody will come and fix the problem as soon as possible. But till today no one contact to me from the company for repairing.Please find the attached copy of the warranty card.
