to whomsoever it may concern this is to bring to your attention that your advertisement is misleading general public into beliveing that since 1.5 lac doctors own or use aquaguard, the product is automatically endorsed by doctors for health safety. this is grossly misleading the consumer. with eureka Forbes using slogan “paani ka doctor” and placing a doctor’s picture next to it they are indirectly communicating endorsement by doctors. this slogan has to be withdrawn with immediate effect. dr. manish joshi 9810402xxx.

such ads create false image of safety of a product by indirectly showing doctors associated with the product.
