My handset is given here under warranty since 3 months of 2nd time.but they only spend time and not able to repair set.when I visit then they always says “come in 2 days,3 days,10 days ,etc” since last 3 months in every visit.i m visited here more then 25 times.now I am unable to do my job due to each visit.the main thing is that he didnot told me the truth,actually where is my handset.they always said that ur mobile is in company.my handset need battery life fault and internal mobile fault.

I want a brand new handset of same or high,and my loss of 3 lakhs rupees, if possible I want my three month salary.
