I had opened a fixed deposit for Rs 20000 through SBI portal for six months.The account number was 33142871154. During the time of opening the FD, I had selected the option to redeem the matured amount to my savings bank account. On 30-03-2014 the amount credited in my savings bank was 20818. But as per the FD certificate it should be 20909. I inquired about this deduction of Rs91/= through query number 1697520 dated 03-04-2014. No clarification was given from SBI for this deduction. Nor was this transaction mentioned in my account.

I want my dues to be credited into my account with some fine so that this kind of activities are not repeated by the countries most credible brand.
