Merchant had promised that there is some software in swipe machine that will convert the amount automatically into equal 24 months EMI with no extra charges as they have a tie-up with HDFC bank. But instead of getting converted to 24 months it got converted to 12 months. Hence, premium amount is more and is not affordable by me. Also whatever promises they did regarding membership/ownership like validity of ownership is for lifetime but in agreement it is mentioned only for 5 years and even in mail which I received from their official mail id is talking about 5 years after which I will have to pay renewable charges. Also annual maintenance charges which they promised is applicable only if I book a vacation but in agreement it is mentioned as payable irrespective of usage. I am currently within COOLING-OFF PERIOD as per AIRDA and I have requested for cancellation of my transaction completely and requested by bank also to cancel the transaction as there is dispute. Please suggest what can be done if they do not cancel this transaction.
Just cancel transaction and revert back amount on my credit card.
