i purchased NIKE LITEFORCE MID SNEAKERSBLACK AND BLUR FOR MEN on 3rd march, 2014 from “shopclue.com”. but there were so many defects in shoes. stitches were not proper and the box in which the shoes were given was not of the NIKE brand. so i placed refund for this product. they took the product after a week and now they dont take any action when i email them. when i call them, they just say – sorry sir, just wait for 2 more days. now it is going to be a month. and no action is taken from there side. so i just want the refund for it!

i want the “refund” for the shoes. i dont want replacement for it.
