i have purchased dell inpiron 15 3537 10days earlier. I am facing lot of problems regarding this laptop. I am facing major problems regarding the graphics though it has 2 gb graphics card. I called their technicians but instead of eliminating the problems they are saying that this is not compatible. How can they say such a crap. i am unable to perform the same operations which and their technicians are saying that this laptop is not compatible. if this laptop is not compatible take your product back and give my money back or u should make it compatible

I want is either they exchange my product or take back their product and give my money back
