Defected product was supplied. Since the product is being by the company directly, I was not informed about the scheme of two year free service and payment on instalments. Loosing 2 years free service.

I had to pay full amount instead of pay in instalment if I was informed about the scheme. Fee service which costs around Rs. 3000 is my financial loss. Product supplied was defected. Though it was repaired after my hard efforts. Product may please be replaced.

Replace product. Free service for two years. Compensate financially as the scheme was for payment in instalment was available that time.
