Applied for a new connection on 25.05.2014 and made payment of Rs. 2808 for yearly subscription but still installation and activation of service is not completed as on today (24.06.2014) even after one month time. Not getting any response from complains made numbers of time to nodal office and appellate authority.

Amount of Rs. 2808 is credit with YOU Broadband and not getting any service.

I want to cancel the connection request and request a full refund or Rs. 2808.
