i bought sony experia sony z ultra before 7 months.but before 2 months i went to my farm house and as Sony says this is waterproof cellphone and also show in commercial about underwater photography i used it too.but after 5 or 10 photo phone switched off. when i talk about this on service centre they told me that u can repair it from Sony nearby centre if your phone under 1 year warranty give my cellphone to Sony service centre at 13 may at that time they told me to give in week but they don’t give and i went to travel for month.when i came back and went to service centre they answer me that your cellphone have 23000 rs expense.so pay it first then we return your cellphone. my cellphone still in warranty what should i do now?

i want strong action against this bad behave.so that it will not happen with other consumer.
