Dear Sir, We have bought purifier on 22nd Sep’2013. We are facing leakage problem from the very first day the purifier is bought. On 05th Oct, 2013 we have registered a complain against this. The complain No is – 73411323 Dt. 05-10-2013 and there are many more complains regarding the same problem. The last complain we have registered on 18th Jun,2014 and the complain No is 76820636. The service person come, check and try to resolve the problem but unable to resolve the problem. We are tired chasing them. Til date there is no visit against the complaint registered on 18th Jun, 2014. Kindly look into this.

Please replace the the purifier.
