Shopclues.com – Damaged phone sold, No Genuine Bill

I purchased a Sony Mobile phone from shopclues.com. I received a damaged phone on 11/08/2014. I visited to 2 different service centers of Sony and they asked for a Genuine bill for the product because the bill I received for a genuine bill. On 15/08/2014 I registered my complaint with shopclues.com because shopclues has 10 days return policy which is clearly mention on their website. They were in communication with me for the next 10 days and Promised best possible solution. On 26/08/2014 suddenly they replied that we have policy that customer should intimate this problem to us within 2 days. My question is if I have to communicate them the same within 2 days then what does 10 does return policy means. Also I have not received a genuine bill. Seller has stolen taxes of State and Central Govt. Kindly ask them to provide me a genuine bill with tin no of the seller, IMEI no of my mobile and tax details printed on it.
