I have purchased the 2.5LB Exide Battery (No.563321)from Naramsimha Reddy Motors on 03-07-2013 and it got damaged (Not working properly. The same was brought to the notice of Narasimha Reddy Motors on 28-08-2013,they have sent it to the dealer for replacement. When I approached Narasimha Reddy Motors they asked for submission of original warranty booklet of EXIDE and I submitted the original also on 03/10/2013. But so far no replacement is done.
