Dear sir I have taken new samsung grand2 from showroom that cell back cover is not fitting correctly so i met in Samsung service center in station road hubli they are telling we cant do anything they are not giving proper service to me please i need your help that cell worth Rs 22500, its not small amount.

I want that back cover they should repair or else they will make replace n give me new cover
