EXIDE INDUSTRIES LIMITED – Under warranty delay service

Respected Sir/Madam, Subject:- Complaint against (EXIDE INDUSTRIES LIMITED) Car Battery Company. Myself Kavinder kumar, R/O –B 16,Sewak Park, Dwarka Mode,(Near Dwarka Mode Metro Station) New Delhi-110059. PH-09810906xxx. I had buy a new Car Battery Rs-3450/-(With given old Battery) , Model No.-Exide-DIN 36 (LH), Bill No.-371, Sr. No.-230470, on Dated 31/05/2012, from the Battery Dealer –OM SAI AUTO ELECTRICALS. Address of B-21-A, Patel Garden, Dwarka Mor, Near Gopal Jee Dairy, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. This Dealer is nearby my Home , because same day my Car creating some starting problems & that Battery was almost six and half year old, it’s come to originally with my new Car which MODEL was Tata Indica xeta 2006. Sir/Madam so that time Car battery Dealer checked & declared dead my old Battery with suggestion you have to change a new Battery, because of your six & half year old Battery not working well, and he suggest me new EXIDE Car Battery Model No. mention As above, & he also told me this is the best for your Car, that time I have the only option left to buy a new battery so I done it with Rs-3450/-with given old Battery. But after eight month again my Car creating some starting problems , so I told that dealer, and he told me your Battery is OK may be there is some charging problems and he charged my Battery with cost of Rs-100/- & fit it in my Car, but again after six month within Guarantee period I have facing same problems and I told him there is some problems so please change my Battery with new one but second time again he told me Battery is OK may be there is some charging problems and he charged my Battery with cost of Rs-100/- & fit it in my Car. Anyway now third time Dated:- 30/09/2014, again I had facing same problems but write now he told me that your Battery is dead and need to change because Guarantee was over. Sir/madam during third time when I had facing that problems with battery , I was trying to contact lots of time on that phone No. which are print on my GUARANTEE CARD of Exide Company, which No. is Toll Free-32711111, 180018011111, & 011-40536824, but both Toll free No. was wrong & third landline is working but nobody pick up the phone. Now I feeling like cheated, because my old Battery was running almost seven year (60,000 KM) & this battery was running just Two & half year(15,000KM),so please suggest me as a consumer what is my fault.
