sir, above mentioned ( imei no. -911334750480528) mobile having problem. 1. incoming call voice problem 2.display screen partially defected given to service center (aanand gift and mobile center micromax) at jhansi on 21-08-2014.bt problem was not shorted out at jhansi even after 1 month. then i approached to micromax micromax customer care noida by call for the same. bt due to non availability of proper spare parts micromax has done nothing even after more than 2 months

i was very disturbed and perturbed due to non availability of any contact to my near and dear lake of my mobile more than 2 months. it resulted me loss of 6000 rs. by purchasing a brand new mobile set.so it is very necessary to arrange new mobile set in place of old one. which is useless for me at present
