The problem i have been facing since 8th of October. Problem: Tikona No connectivity at all, only works in night after 11 till morning like 7-8 am. Complained like thousand of times. They send me a bill of 600 based on my usage (I am under unlimited plan), only 1 day since 8th the connection has worked for more than 12 hours, usually it works less than 2 hours when connected. Hardly any communication made from company’s side, i have to call them on daily basis to ask for the status of my complain. my user id is : 1109735516. Lots of false promises being made (usually ” Sir just 24 hours), it’s almost a month and still problem not being rectified. I do trade in market and my potential loss including mental trauma is over 20 lakhs.

Atleast 15 lakhs (I have the potential of investing 5 lakhs and the market trends showed that i could have made like 30-40 lakhs using daily trading strategies) a huge time invested in their customer care for support, like 15-20 calls to see my status.
