I have order Femme Heels chapal .At the time of order paid full amount by net banking and it was promise that will get delivery by 16.10.14 on not receiving on 16th Oct complains to costume care reply received that there is some problem which will be sorted out by 22.10.14 again on 23 rd complain of not receiving it was informed to be by 25-26 it will be resolved on 26 th promise that it will be by 3 rd Nov and on 3 rd November by 8th November. On 6th night received mail saying that they have try to deliver the consignment but we was not available which was totally wrong our house was open . On checking with them next day they say it will be delivers on 8th and yesterday they says they have canceled the order without my permission and courier return guy has return the parcel.Today on offering them that I will take matters to consumer court says that courier people has lost the parcel.
I want flipkart to deliver me my order and also compensate me the amount of money for my phone call and time I have spend on writing so many mails .Some of the reply is attached
