Firstly I like to clarify this complain is not againt brand BATA..I had to select a brand name as Titas Footware was not listed and the complain was not getting registered without selecting a brand name from your list. This is a complaint against Titas Select Footwear (shop/dealer name-Bhowmick Padukalaya,Sodepur).Their store Phone numbers-03325239xx or Helpline-180020076xx. During the festive season last September,I saw an ad in a local paper and decided to buy a sports shoe from them (model no – Sports 1016).After buying on 22nd September,I got an warranty of 3 months from them.Now after using this shoe for a week the whole pasting of shoe was gone.Now I went back to them on 18.10.2014 and they took my shoe for repair.Also they took my original bill and provided me another bill which i am attaching. Thais when the trouble began!!!! They told me to come after 5 days and they assured me of a repaired/replaced shoe of same model.When I went back,they said my shoe wont be repaired but they will replace with a new shoe and told me to come after 7-10 days.So,I went back after 10 days but to my disbelief they said that my shoe model is not available.They forced me to take a shoe of another model (old stock) from their store (which i refused).They again told me to recheck after next 10 days days whether my Shoe (model no- Sports 1016) is available.This same excuse is continuing till date.My last visit to their store was on 5th Nov,2014.I made a call to their customer care 18002007xxx today (6th November) and they gave me another shock.They said that my shoe model no is a defective product and its out of market.Also told me to take other shoes (old stocks) from their store but their company will never refund in spite of not being able to provide my shoe (model -Sports 1016).I think this company is a big scam.I don’t know what more to say!Please help me to teach this cheaters a lesson..

Firstly I want these cheaters to teach a lesson so that they stop robbing the common man.They have caused in numerous headache/tension/harassment/economic loss to me.I want Rs.5000 back from them for all the loss and harassment they are still causing.I don’t want to be harassed by them anymore.
