My complaint regarding new split AC for replacement of motor due to excessive higher noise is pending . It is a new AC and the complaint was registered right at the time of installation. The technical team attended and reported that they will change the motor.But I am still waiting for the same even after 10 days.
I request Hitachi to replace the motor and rectify the problem in the first place or they may take the product back with refund of my money paid to the dealer.
