I ordered Dell inspiration 14z(i3/4gb/500gb) through Snapdeal and the order no is 1973211042. I ordered on 18/04/2014 and delivered on 23/04/2005. When i check the warranty of dell laptop in dell website with the service tag(G1ZZGY1), it starts from 18/jan/2014 to 18/jan/2015 but it should supposed to start from the day of invoice. And with respect to the service tag it states that it also includes the Laptop BackPack but we did not received it. Thanks and Regards, Vinay Kumar S
