I have ordered two orders(order id : 2868397548 and 2868384211) in www.snapdeal.com yesterday and paid the necessary payment. I got confirmation mail for order placing as well yesterday.If necessary I can forward those mail to you. But today I got one message that this two orders are cancelled without any discussion with me. I have spent time to place above orders and it was just cancelled without my permission. Whatever may be the reason , the order shouldn’t be cancelled without any discussion with customer. This is very offending and annoying nature to me. I have spent time to place those orders and that time totally got wasted. They didn’t give any value for my time. If they are unable to process the orders then why they are running a website online ? for wasting customers’ time ? I am wasting time on their website but they got revenue from online bandwidth with my time. They are returning only the money but not the time I have wasted. It is one type of harassment of customers. I didn’t want any refund except proper compensations equivalent to my orders. Please take necessary actions and let me know what compensations I will get equivalent to my wasted time.
