dear sir, on saturday i.e 20.09.2014 i purchased 3 cosmetics from shri bhavani kangan stores, 1) 2 eye shades of revlon worth rs.350 and 2) lakme eyeliner. i trusted the staff there and dint check much on the stuff purchased after coming back to home upon checking the items i realized that the seal of one of the eye shades which i had bought was already open i have paid and bought a branded stuff believing that the quality is trustworthy but a sealed open box doesn’t assure me that. on monday i went to the shop asking for the refund as the product is not as per the standard i expected(only for the defective product) the shopkeeper very crudely told me that so what if the seal is open it doesn’t matter and after my argument he told me that there will be no refund but i can take the same product which is sealed though i was not satisfied with it i some how accepted and asked for one the staff was so negligent they had no stock of the same product and they just shrugged me off…..without any choice for the next step i wanted to talk to the shopkeeper/manager about it i went in search of him and he was missing the staff was so reluctant to even answer to me where he was it was 7 in the night and i asked everybody pls let me know when the manager is back but nobody bothered, infect they told its my mistake so i have to suffer and wait for an undecided period after a long wait of 1/2 an hr the shopkeeper dint have the decency to listen to me i had to run behind him to put up my point he uninteresting told ‘stock not there come after two days’ i question why….??why this audacity i have made my payment and for their fault i have to run about all the time and whats with this rule no refund no exchange who are they to decide or set such rules. nobody above them to stop this atrocity…
rs.350 and being asked to visit again and again for no fault of mine
