The Article had been delivered to me with many pages missing. I had asked them for change of the product (book) and they had asked me to send them pictures of the defect, which I did. Then when they said they were coming to receive it back (to replace it), I had gone out of India on some work. However after returning, I asked them to re-initiate the reshipment but they said that they have closed the complaint.

I cam unable to prepare for many competitive examinations satisfactorily as a result of the missing pages.
