INFIBEAM – not able to deliver the product dealy in refunding

i purchase a cell phone blackberry z10 on infibeam.com order no.12843827 on 25 march 2014, through my credit card on 6month emi scheme,however since infibeam was not able to deliver the said product in the committed time as per their email send to me on 27 march 14, i cancelled the order on 29th march 2014. On 29 march 2014 i received a confirmation sms of the cancellation and also time frame for refund was stated as 5-7 working days. however the refund did not come in the stipulated time frame and i made calls to the customer care number and i was updated that refund will take 21 days, on inquiring why they a process of 21 days for the refund and why do they charge payment from the gateway if they do not have the product ready in hand the manager misbehaved on the call and also refused to provide contact information of the appellate authority. After a few days i again called the customer service and inquired about the refund where they confirmed that they will take more 3-4 working days to complete the same i requested for a written confirmation on same, i was sent an email by one MS Vaishali on 15 april 2014 stating i will receive the refund within 5-7 days. again the refund did not come and on calling the customer service on 24 april 2014 i was again given the assurance that refund has been done and it will again reflect in my account with 5-7 working days. Till date refund has not come.

i want interest on the payment infibeam has charged and not returned even after failing to deliver the product. Also they should compensate for the mental agony caused. further they should stop the malpractice of charging the customer even if they do not have the product rather like other reputed online sellers they should hold the payment with the gateway and only charge once the delay is accepted by the customer.
