Reliance Digital TV Smart Card No.: 200575002631 The set top box is not working since 12th April and multiple attempts to call the costumer care number have failed, as there was no response. Finally I registered a complaint (vide Service Request ID 219508641) regarding the non functioning of Set Top Box on 22nd April 2014 via email. I was promised that my complaint would be resolved within 48 hours, but till date nothing has been done. My mother, Mrs. Saramma Varghese,who is using the service is a senior citizen(70 yrs) and is facing inconvenience.
I request for the refund of Rs 595 and wish to discontinue their service.
