The booking is highly inconvenient. Very slow to book tickets. Also sometimes when last 2 or 3 tickets are available and with slow booking is completed, we end up with a wait listed tatkal ticket. For this if we cancel, the booking fee and other service charges are not refunded. With the quality of service provided, first of all there is no need to charge customers with service fee. Its ridiculous, that government has to charge such a service fee

Decentralize the railway online booking system so faster service can be provided by private vendors.
