I had first written letter on 12th Mar 2014 to TATA DOCOMO. Pls find the body of the letterbeneath. Till date im yet to recv my money back. Dear Manager, I was using Tata Docomo mobile no 9029113xxx with A/c no 985367xxx. I got my above mentioned number de-activated a year back but the refund of security deposit was never received by me. Now I urge you to please refund the amount with interest of 10% per month as mentioned in your Terms & Information section ASAP. Today I had gone to Tata Docomo store at Fort, Mumbai. I have already registered a complaint there as well.

I just want my refund back along with the interest and want to sue them for the harrasment caused to me.
