Hello, I was doing online ticket booking on April 12th 2014 in Online Irctc website. The whole day I was booking the trying to book the ticket but it is showing “ONLINE RESERVATION ERROR” I wasted nearly 6-8 hours of my day because of this IRCTC issue. I sent an email to irctc but I didnt get any response till now. If irctc not able to handle any online issues or not able to check the issue quickly why they have the online portal site and stating the online railway booking There are n number of consumers using this website and wasting their time because of bullshit irctc servers and poor coding logic
I want a permanent solution from irctc so that customers wont waste their productive time. If irctc not able to give ticket to any customer because of “online reservation error” they need to give compensation for all customers.
