MTS – De-Activation Request not processed

De-Acivation Request made on 26 March having complain no.328335. Next day person from MTS called and confirm De-Activation by 24 hrs. and offerd me to migrate to Prepaid. But till date not de-activation happen.

Now they informed until de-activation done I have to pay bill till the connection active.

I will pay the entire March Bill thout I was informed I have to pay till 28th Of March. Settle the account ASAP.
