Please Refer first to Complaint No.- 80592.2.2014 Xolo service centre – The Keypad, Guwahati had replaced my PCB after that but after a week I got the phone back from The Keypad, the phone suddenly got switched off automatically and is not getting on now. I am really very fed up with the phone. this is probably the 5th or 6th time the phone is facing problem but no steps are taken by the company to solve the issue. They are just making unecessary and useless calls to me and doing nothing. phone IMEI – 911306751044834. The phone was bought from Flipkart.com

I want the company to apologize to me and give me a brand new handset.
